Membership FAQ
If you are interested in canceling your membership, please send us an email to info@sixfour3.com, or fill out our contact form. Please be sure to read about our Grace Period, which occurs anytime you cancel… Please keep in mind, if you have a lesson-based membership, that any unused benefits will be lost upon cancelation. Alternatively, you can downgrade to ANY one of our memberships to continue to maintain unused lesson benefits (which will rollover in perpetuity with an active membership). If you downgrade to Rookie, you will not be able to book instructor-led lessons online. You can still search for lessons (using the Non-Member / Rookie Member services), but when you find what you want, you’ll need to call/text/email us so we can book it for you. To maintain booking on your own, you would need at least the House membership.
Anytime you want to use a SixFour3 facility to work out on your own, that is classified as “self-service” (versus an “Instructor-Led” service with one of our SixFour3 instructors. With standard memberships, you have up to four (4) 30-minute slots of self-service per week, and with PLUS+ you have ten (10), plus two (2) HitTrax slots. Each slot can be booked in 30-minute increments and sequenced together however you see fit. For example, you can come 3 separate days for 30-minutes each, or one day for 90-minutes.
Note: During winter peak hours, standard memberships may be limited to 30-minutes in a single day and PLUS memberships 60-minutes per day.
Lanes are designed for individual/family use (no groups or teams), however, you are allowed to have up to 4 MEMBERS in a lane at once. Should you have up to 4 members in a lane at once, please be aware of your surroundings and do not hit or throw into a single divider net when another member is next to you. It’s best to rotate kids in and out during drills, especially those that involved hitting.
If you wish to have more than 4 MEMBERS in a lane at one time, please contact us to discuss options for team space, or other alternatives.
Yes! Each player that intends to utilize services at SixFour3, should have their own membership. You can manage your player accounts from within your profile. You can add up to 3 players to your account (if you have more than 3 players, please contact us).

All players now require individual memberships. Previously, due to limitations in our software, we implemented a ‘Family Add-On’ membership to cover additional players on a single account. With our new system, you can manage individual player accounts within one ‘Parent’ account. This allows you to have the right membership for each player and book them independently in a single checkout.
If you have a family add-on, we will automatically create two player memberships on your account. Player 1 will receive the primary membership, and Player 2 will receive a Rookie membership (unless you have multiple lesson plans, in which case they will be assigned accordingly). As a result, here are your options:
- Adjust your memberships and purchase the appropriate plan for each player (this may involve a financial change); OR
- Contact us via email (info@sixfour3.com), and we’ll provide you with modified memberships to accurately meet your needs (without any financial impact).
Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime without penalty, and you can rejoin without penalty within 60-days of cancelation (the “Grace Period”). Should you rejoin after the 60-Day Grace period, a $25 reinstatement fee will be assessed, and your new anniversary term will be the new date of signup (which is relevant for the purposes of the Annual Maintenance Fee). Please keep in mind, if a membership is canceled and not reinstated prior to the end of the Grace Period, all membership benefits will be forfeited.
HitTrax is a combination of infrared camera hardware with a fully integrated software program designed to give softball players instant feedback on their hitting metrics and exit velocities. You can read more about HitTrax at www.hittrax.com.
To have access to the HitTrax you will require the PLUS membership, which is an additional $30.00/per month (and also includes additional Self-Service access and multi-location access. With the PLUS, you will receive a login profile to the HitTrax system to track and manage your sessions and gain access to individual reports and analytics.

PLUS memberships simply offer more features than our Standard memberships for $30 more per month. Everything in your Standard plan will still apply, but you will also have the following benefits:
- Access to ten (10) 30-minute Self-Service slots per week
- Access to HitTrax (synced across all facilities)
- Access to all SixFour3 facilities
- Access to 60-minutes of self-service per day during peak winter hours
