BOOKING FAQ

Although we stay pretty active all year round, our busiest time of year is the winter period of January through March (namely due to off-season training from teams and individuals). As such, we strive to accommodate all our members by limiting our daily self-service. We reserve the right to enforce these limits during the following days and times:

  • Applies to the months of January, February and March
  • Monday through Friday – 3:00PM to 9:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday – 10:00AM to 4:00PM (or as-needed)

During these peak hours, we ask for the support of all our members to only book time that you intend to use and to be sensitive to the needs of our entire community. If you don’t need it, please don’t book it!… If you have a family add-on and are able to limit your use to one lane, that would be appreciated.

Anytime you want to use a SixFour3 facility to work out on your own, that is classified as “self-service” (versus an “Instructor-Led” service with one of ourĀ SixFour3 instructors. With standard memberships, you have up to four (4) 30-minute slots of self-service per week, and with PLUS+ you have ten (10), plus two (2) HitTrax slots. Each slot can be booked in 30-minute increments and sequenced together however you see fit. For example, you can come 3 separate days for 30-minutes each, or one day for 90-minutes.

Note: During winter peak hours, standard memberships may be limited to 30-minutes in a single day and PLUS memberships 60-minutes per day.

As of November 2021, you can now book self-service time online all the way up till the time of the booking. This can now be done on your own and there is no reason to contact us for last minute bookings.

For instructor-led services you are able to book out 21 days, and for self-service, advanced booking is available for 14 days (to the 1/2 hour). For example, if you are looking for a 5:00PM lesson 21 days from now, that lesson won’t be available until 5:00PM, if you attempt to book it any earlier than 5PM, you will not see it available.

For Instructor-Led services, we require at least an 8-hour notice in order to receive a full refund (i.g., lesson benefit, payment refund, or service credit). For Events (e.g., Camps, Clinics, etc), we require 48-hours notice. Our instructors / trainers are in high-demand and payment to them is guaranteed, once we are within the respective cancelation window. We do this primarily to protect our trainers, who often have difficulty filling openings on short notice and would otherwise be left without payment for their time. Given the mass volume of day-of cancelations, this is also done to protect our business, as well as our membership base from “phantom” or “placeholder” bookings. Our hope is that cancelations are done as early as possible, but if it is within the 8-hour window (including No-Shows), forfeiture of your benefit or payment is required, regardless of the reason for cancel.

For self-service bookings, we require the same 8-hour notice in order to avoid forfeiting your member benefit.
