Facility Use FAQ

Although we stay pretty active all year round, our busiest time of year is the winter period of January through March (namely due to off-season training from teams and individuals). As such, we strive to accommodate all our members by limiting our daily self-service. We reserve the right to enforce these limits during the following days and times:

  • Applies to the months of January, February and March
  • Monday through Friday – 3:00PM to 9:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday – 10:00AM to 4:00PM (or as-needed)

During these peak hours, we ask for the support of all our members to only book time that you intend to use and to be sensitive to the needs of our entire community. If you don’t need it, please don’t book it!… If you have a family add-on and are able to limit your use to one lane, that would be appreciated.

Lanes are designed for individual/family use (no groups or teams), however, you are allowed to have up to 4 MEMBERS in a lane at once. Should you have up to 4 members in a lane at once, please be aware of your surroundings and do not hit or throw into a single divider net when another member is next to you. It’s best to rotate kids in and out during drills, especially those that involved hitting.

If you wish to have more than 4 MEMBERS in a lane at one time, please contact us to discuss options for team space, or other alternatives.

NO. Team practices are only allowed when a team contract has been signed. Any approved team practice will be visible on the lane allocation calendar in the lobby. For more information on how many members can participate in a single lane, see above.

The access codes to our facilities are only distributed to our members. Once you become a member, you will receive a “Welcome Email” that includes your unique 4-digit access code (along with a number of other helpful information, links and videos). In that email, you will see a link to an Onboarding page on our website that has some additional details about a hands-free app you can download on your phone. If you ever need help with your code, please feel free to call or text us at 571-781-4564.

HitTrax is a combination of infrared camera hardware with a fully integrated software program designed to give softball players instant feedback on their hitting metrics and exit velocities. You can read more about HitTrax at www.hittrax.com.

To have access to the HitTrax you will require the PLUS membership, which is an additional $30.00/per month (and also includes additional Self-Service access and multi-location access. With the PLUS, you will receive a login profile to the HitTrax system to track and manage your sessions and gain access to individual reports and analytics.

No, we do not allow for the opening of lane divider curtains during individual membership bookings (unless you have been given explicit permission to do so). Alternatively, lanes may be open if you are part of an official team practice that has been contracted with SixFour3 (which would be displayed on the lane allocation calendar). Otherwise, lane opening is strictly prohibited.

Yes, of course!! Please help all members by going above and beyond with your clean up. It is YOUR responsibility to clean the lanes when you are finished, which includes ball pickup and any straightening up required to leave the lane in good condition for the next member.
