Built inside the SixFour3 ecosystem, SF3 Studio blends strength training, conditioning, mobility, and recovery into a structured yet welcoming experience designed specifically for how female bodies move, grow, and adapt over time.
While SF3 Studio naturally supports competitive athletes, it is not limited to sport-specific training. Our programs are intentionally inclusive — serving multi-sport athletes, active girls, and young women who simply want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Whether an athlete is training for competition or building a lifelong foundation for fitness and well-being, SF3 Studio provides a safe, supportive space to grow with purpose.

Group Training Programs
Group classes are the core of SF3 Studio. Based on studio size, classes are capped at 8–12 athletes to ensure individualized coaching, proper technique, and a strong sense of community.
Strength Training
Athletes develop functional strength through resistance-based training focused on proper mechanics, muscular balance, and long-term joint health.

Conditioning & Midline Supplemental
Designed for athletes looking to enhance sport performance through targeted conditioning that builds endurance, reinforces core stability, and supports efficient movement under fatigue.
Each athlete completes a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to identify mobility, stability, and strength imbalances before progressing.
Tiered Training System
Tier 1 – Foundations
Designed for athletes new to structured strength training or those who need to reinforce essential movement fundamentals.
Tier 2 – Development
Designed for athletes who have established a solid foundation and are ready to take the next step in their training.
Tier 3 – Performance
Built for advanced athletes preparing for the physical and mental demands of high-level competition.
Mobility & Recovery
Conditioning & Midline Supplemental
Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
Every SF3 Studio athlete completes a comprehensive Functional Movement Screening, evaluating:
- Squat mechanics
- Lunges and balance
- Shoulder mobility
- Core and rotary stability
Assessment results determine:
- Appropriate tier placement
- Training focus areas
- Injury risk considerations
This data-driven approach ensures safe progression and smarter training from day one.
FlexTime (Open Training)
When group classes are not in session, SF3 Studio FlexTime allows athletes to train independently using premium equipment — as long as a fitness professional is on duty.
FlexTime is ideal for:
- Self-guided workouts
- Following personalized programs
- Skill refinement
- Intentional movement and recovery
