All trainers accepted into the SixFour3 network must pass a baseline set of requirements demonstrating their experience and ability as a trainer. Although we provide a common set of core principles, we allow all of our trainers to teach their own unique style.

Our goal is to offer a broad set of trainer skills and personalities that best align to the individual expectations of each of our members.
